Clean hotel in a nice building close enough to a recently opened Indian Restaurant and Hoan Kiem Lake and good restaurants and water puppet theater. Excellent service offered, fairly quiet room with slippers and all the comforts, as example. Slices of fresh bread and fruit in the bar. Really great overall experience.

I would recommend it as I liked this hotel. The venue is clean, with amazing and fantastic location really close to great shops as well as Hoan Kiem lake, in Old Quarter that has numerous shops and food stalls. Amazing dishes can be found in the rooftop restaurant.

Excellent base for 5 nights with knowledgeable staff from the doorman to the front desk. Excellent location for our visit to Temple of the Jade Mountain relatively near the hotel. Smooth check-in, late check-out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
